MyLimoRide Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern use of the MyLimoRide website, mobile applications, accounts, booking tools and related transportation services. The original MyLimoRide terms were written in 2015 around a marketplace model in which trips could be fulfilled by independent limousine providers. That provider framework remains useful, but the wording has been modernized so the terms can cover the current website and booking platform rather than the mobile app alone.

When a confirmed booking includes additional vehicle, supplier, route, event or cancellation terms, those booking-specific conditions form part of the agreement for that trip.

Quick answer

When do these terms apply?

They apply when you access or use MyLimoRide’s website, app, account tools or booking services and when you submit or confirm a transportation reservation through the platform.

Booking framework

Transportation Providers, Reservations & Confirmation

Transportation providers

MyLimoRide arranges transportation through third-party limousine providers in the cities and markets where the platform operates. The provider assigned to a reservation is responsible for operating the transportation service for that trip, subject to the booking terms and applicable local laws.

Booking requests

A request may require the passenger name, contact details, pickup date and time, locations, trip type, passenger count, vehicle choice and payment information.

Booking confirmation

A submitted request is not necessarily a confirmed reservation until the platform or support team confirms availability and the booking.

Provider-specific conditions

Some trips may also be subject to conditions imposed by the operator providing the transportation, including vehicle, route, waiting, cancellation or local regulatory requirements.

Rates & payment

Pricing, Taxes, Fees & Payment Processing

Rates are based on the trip and vehicle information available when the booking is quoted or confirmed. Taxes and other applicable charges may be included in or added to the booking total as shown during checkout or confirmation. Additional charges can apply when the confirmed trip changes, including added stops, waiting time, parking, tolls, route changes, extended service or other requested items.

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment processor. Payment processing can also be subject to that processor’s terms, privacy policy and card-issuer rules. MyLimoRide may send booking confirmations and receipts electronically.

Passenger responsibilities

Lawful Use, Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Care

Lawful conduct

Passengers must not use a vehicle or the platform for illegal or unauthorized activity and must follow applicable laws and reasonable chauffeur safety instructions.

Vehicle damage

The person making the reservation may be responsible for damage, extraordinary cleaning or other losses caused by passengers where permitted by law and the booking terms.

Alcohol & drugs

Passengers must comply with applicable alcohol, cannabis and drug laws. A chauffeur or provider may refuse or end service when passenger conduct creates a safety or legal concern.

Personal property

Passengers are responsible for checking the vehicle for personal belongings. Liability for lost, forgotten or damaged property may be limited to the extent permitted by law.

Platform use

Accounts, Security & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Do not interfere with the website or app, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, falsify source information, scrape non-public areas, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

MyLimoRide may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are materially breached, subject to applicable law.

Liability & third parties

Service Availability, Third-Party Providers & Limitations

Transportation availability can depend on the requested market, vehicle, date, supplier and operating conditions. MyLimoRide does not guarantee that every request can be accepted.

Transportation booked through MyLimoRide is fulfilled by third-party limousine providers. The operating provider is responsible for the transportation service it performs, subject to applicable law, the confirmed booking and any provider-specific terms disclosed for that trip. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyLimoRide and its providers are not responsible for indirect, consequential or special losses arising solely from use of the platform or from circumstances beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Terms questions

Terms and Conditions FAQs

Is a quote the same as a confirmed booking?

No. A request or rate estimate does not necessarily guarantee availability. A trip becomes confirmed when MyLimoRide or the applicable provider confirms the reservation.

Will a third-party limousine provider operate my trip?

Yes. MyLimoRide uses third-party limousine providers in the cities and markets where the platform operates. The assigned provider may have additional local or vehicle-specific terms that will be disclosed with the booking when applicable.

Can the price change after booking?

The confirmed booking governs the original itinerary. Added waiting, stops, parking, tolls, route changes, extended time or other requested changes may create additional charges when applicable.

Where can I find cancellation rules?

Review the dedicated cancellation policy and the conditions included with your reservation.

These Terms should be reviewed together with the privacy and cancellation policies.
